Totally stress and pressure free purchase, staff were very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a friendly manner, very happy with everything. Vehicle was exactly as described and pictured, already done 2 thousand miles in 7 weeks and it's running superbly. I can recommend this dealership without any hesitation and would buy from them again.

Fantastic dealer. Went to look at a Fiat Doblo and ended up buying it. Very welcoming dealer. Zero pressure to buy anything, nobody watching your every move, and nobody pouncing on you. Keys were handed over to the van and a perfect zero pressure test drive. Really happy with the van and service I ended up buying it. Drove away same day including financing the van - within about an hour. They even gave the van a quick clean before driving away. Had it now nearly 3 months with no issues - just done a 450mile day trip. Would recommend this place to anybody.

Friendly car dealer that looked after my new car while I was going through the nightmare experience of waiting for the insurance to pay me out after a none fault claim. Kept good communication, I would recommend to anyone buying a car!

From first communications to the delivery of my Car, I was blown away with the service. My Honda CRV is just beautiful and drives like a dream. Shell maintained great communications with me and sent videos and was completely transparent with all information on my car. The car was delivered and this was reasonably priced and professionally managed.

This place is superb. I got my perfect van in excellent condition, with ZERO sales pressure. I found a couple of faults on a test drive, they fixed them and let me do another test a few days later when I went to collect just to make sure. Then when I had a card payment issue they sorted that too. It was also excellently prepared for collection. I’m 450 miles in and properly love it. I know where to go when I need my next van. Very possibly a unicorn of a good vehicle dealership - properly solid.Thanks Ben and Jamie.

Excellent!! Very happy with my recent BMW M Sport purchase. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Friendly staff. Had a good 20 mins test drive.
Smooth transaction, sorted tax and everything through them so that could drive off with
everything ready to go. I was keen to take the car away the same day and the Roy Needham team were very accommodating, having it ready to drive off same day within less than half an hour.

Great service. No pushy sales people and very friendly. I was given the keys and test drove the car. Everything was fine. Unfortunately it did break down on the way home. Nothing to do with them. It wasn’t anything they could have seen on an inspection. I rang them and they got the car recovered and back to their garage within an hour. They kept me updated, fixed the car and delivered it back to me. Excellent service. I would highly recommend.
